2. Marketing a podcast has as much, or more, to do with its success as actually producing it. Christopher Penn offers an “8 step guide to podcast marketing” for those looking for a promotional boost.

3. Jeremiah Owyang reports that Wells Fargo and Wachovia have launched a corporate blog focused on their merger. The writers intend to make it primarily about interacting with customers and providing information.

4. A photographer ordered to delete the photos he took near an Amtrak station in New York was taking the pictures for a contest sponsored by Amtrak. ProVideo Coalition has the photographer’s side of the story. (The photographer also states his case here).

5. “Facebook’s War on Nipples” is a great title for TIME’s coverage of how and why Facebook removed photos of breastfeeding moms. (They deemed the photos obscene in a blanket crackdown on photos that show the female nipple area, regardless of if it’s a picture of a woman in a bikini or a breastfeeding mom). Of course, the reaction from nursing moms has been swift.
